I needed my phone repaired. I powered it off and went to hand it to them and they asked for my PIN. I said I will just put it in maintenance mode if you need it on. They got offended and said I didn't trust them and then refused to service my phone. It was very awkward and uncomfortable. I went to Gadget Pro and they were very professional and did not ask for my PIN. I do not recommend Tech Express at all -- you are much better off going to Gadget Pro.

I was on my way to the Walmart kiosk to sell my iPhone. I stopped here first. I’m glad I did. They tested the functionality and gave me more cash than the kiosk promised me. I highly recommend them. Super easy to deal with and no pressure to sell me anything else. Great experience!

Tech Express can be everyone's tech guy. My wise friend told me if you have a mechanic you trust, never let go of that person. I am telling y'all never lose your mechanic or your tech person. All of the positive reviews listed are true. I have purchased a few products from Tech Express. When I had an issue with one of the products, it was resolved immediately. Done to my satisfaction and with a smile. Again, the tech guy came to my rescue when I self-sabotage my iPhone. I retired from an organization with over 30,000 employees so obviously we had a tech team that I had access to resolve such issues, then lost when I retired. I am happy to say our top-notch affordable tech guy is at Tech Express in the Ithaca Mall.
